Description

Internal Wars - We sometimes have internal wars because we struggle to speak out or speak out mind. Sometimes you build up this new person in you that could be different than your true self, this happens when you have kept everything that has been hurting you.

We speak about the art of knowing how to address yourself, knowing when to speak and why it's important to speak your mind and express your emotions. This does not benefit the other person but yourself, knowing that even if you don't expect anything from someone but you've shared everything that has been hurting you for months if not years.

Internal wars harm us and affect our relationships with friends, partners and families. On this one I speak about why it's important, the confusion that comes with it and how you can handle it.
